Section 01

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "nn33" / "Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at nn33.vu and all associated services, products, software, and content.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on the nn33 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on nn33 to access real-money gaming services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their nn33 wallet and available for wagering.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before a Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification process required by nn33 prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any behaviour expressly prohibited under Section 10 of these Terms.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session timers, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to Players within their nn33 account dashboard.

Section 02

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on nn33, clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, or by continuing to access or use the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, the nn33 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform — all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all forms of access, including access via desktop browser, mobile browser, and any other interface or application through which nn33 services are made available.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on nn33, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Real-money online gaming in the Philippines requires players to be 21 or older.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or exclusion programme, whether maintained by nn33 or by any relevant gaming authority.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful for individual users. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is legal in your location.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of an employee of nn33 or any of its affiliated gaming software providers.

Section 04

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on nn33. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by any single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any payment method details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nn33 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. nn33 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 Account Ownership

nn33 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits to another person under any circumstances.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal request, nn33 is required to verify the identity of the Player. This process may be initiated at any time at nn33's discretion. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID);
• Proof of registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name and number);
• Additional documentation as may be required by nn33's compliance team.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. nn33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory KYC completion.

Section 06

6. Deposits and Payments

nn33 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and select over-the-counter payment channels.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified on the cashier page.
• Deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• nn33 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which nn33 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are for gaming use only and do not accrue interest.
• nn33 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or request additional verification for any deposit at its sole discretion.

Section 07

7. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and previously used for deposits where applicable.
• nn33 targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer and other channel withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Minimum withdrawal thresholds for individual payment channels are displayed in the cashier.
• nn33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawal requests exceeding designated thresholds.
• Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and are not included in the withdrawable Real Money Balance.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by nn33 are subject to these General Bonus Terms and the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they are released for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

nn33 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated wagering strategies designed to reduce wagering risk below a threshold nn33 considers commercially acceptable, or any other conduct constituting exploitation of promotional offers.

8.4 nn33 Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions

nn33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players are responsible for checking current promotion terms before participating.

Section 09

9. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the nn33 platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers and are governed by the individual rules for each game. Random Number Generator (RNG)-driven games are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness. Live dealer games are operated in real-time by human dealers and are subject to the physical and procedural rules applicable to each game variant.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a gaming session — including but not limited to server disconnection, software error, or game interruption — nn33 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets affected by a confirmed malfunction may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account. nn33's decision on the outcome of disputed rounds is final.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nn33 platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Creating, operating, or using multiple accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise tampering with the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing nn33 staff or other players.

Section 11

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the nn33 platform — including but not limited to the nn33 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of nn33 or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any nn33 content without express prior written authorisation from nn33.

12. Privacy and Data

nn33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

nn33 uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect Player data. Your personal information will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by law or these Terms.

Section 13

13. Responsible Gaming

nn33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Real-money gaming involves financial risk and is intended solely for entertainment. nn33 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps set by the Player. Limit reductions take immediate effect; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated in-game notifications at configurable intervals.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary suspension of real-money gaming access from 1 to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: A minimum 6-month to permanent exclusion from real-money gaming on nn33. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the nominated period.

Section 14

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nn33 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or winnings beyond amounts already credited to your Real Money Balance;
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by technical failures, maintenance, or events beyond nn33's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain account security.

Nothing in these Terms limits nn33's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Section 15

15. Suspension and Termination

nn33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time with or without notice, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Regulatory or legal requirement;
• Repeated misuse of the support system or abusive conduct toward staff.

Upon termination for cause, nn33 may withhold any outstanding Real Money Balance pending investigation. Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Real Money Balances (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned upon verified account closure.

Section 16

16. Amendments to These Terms

nn33 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, nn33 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

Section 17

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between you and nn33, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting nn33 customer support. nn33 will endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable period. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be referred to binding arbitration.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
